The following Terms of Service (“Agreement”) defines the conditions between me and you for your commissioned work. Please read carefully before placing your order, thank you!

I. COMMISSION PRICING

• My commissions are offered in 3 tiers, depending on the complexity and requirements of the work. Below is a breakdown of the base prices and what each tier includes:
• ₱150 - Lineart / Refined Sketch; Rough draft or visual planning frames for concept approval
• ₱250 - Grayscale / Value Rendered; Black, white, and gray tones to show depth and light
• ₱350 - Polished / Fully Rendered; Final version with colors, effects, and high-quality detail
• Please note that these are base prices. Final pricing may vary depending on additional fee(s) that may apply on top of the base price.

II. COMMISSION PROCESS

• You may submit your commissioned order through my website's form or reach out to me on any of my social media accounts.
• A confirmation message with the final price will be sent. To proceed with the agreement, you’ll need to pay in full, submit a screenshot as proof of transaction, and complete the information I provided.
• After confirming your requirements, I will begin working on your commission. You will receive updates from time to time including screenshots of my work-in-progress (WIP). If there are any delays, I will notify you to keep you informed.
• You can request up to 2 major revisions during the WIP phase.
• Once your commissioned work is complete, I’ll deliver it to you along with an order receipt in PDF. I’ll also share an optional client satisfaction survey through Google Forms to get your feedback.

III. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

• I do not accept commissions involving explicit content.
• This includes, but is not limited to: extreme not safe for work (NSFW), mechas (robots or highly mechanical subjects), and extreme gore or graphic violence.

IV. TIMELINE AND PROCESS

• Each commission typically takes around 3 to 5 business days to complete, depending on the complexity.
• Revision requests may extend the completion time slightly.

V. DELIVERABLES

• I'll send your commissioned work in Google Drive or to the email you provide in the following formats: PNG, PSD, MP4, or GIF.
• Once the maximum of 2 major revisions is reached, any additional revisions will incur a fee of ₱55 each, unless the change is due to an error on my part.
• I retain the right to use your commissioned work for promotional purposes, social media posts, or future art prints. No exlusivity rights are granted unless otherwise agreed upon.

VI. MODE OF PAYMENT

• For clients in the Philippines: I accept payments through GCASH or COD (Cash on Delivery).
• For international clients: Unfortunately, I am not accepting payments at the moment but I will be doing so soon.
• No refunds will be issued once the commissioned work has been completed.
